Attached is a list of items needed in order to provide lunch after the Blue/White game and to get our concession started.

Hello everyone,

I have attached a new concession stand donation list. If everyone brings the assigned items, we will have enough food to provide lunch on March 19th at the Blue/White game and get the concession stand off to a good start for the first few games. We will then be ordering items to restock the concession stand for the remainder of the season. Lisa Mason, our varsity team booster representative, will handle the ordering for us. Thank you Lisa!

Please note that we are asking that the meats and drinks be dropped off on Saturday, March 12th between 11am –Noon at the old gym across from the baseball field. We can also put the drinks in the Pepsi cooler and will not have to deal with getting ice on March 19th. Desserts and chips can be brought on the day of the Blue/White game, March 19th. A parent has committed to provide the bread, condiments, plates and napkins for the Blue/White game.

I greatly appreciate everyone’s cooperation. Let’s make the concession stand our biggest fundraiser this year!
